Return and Refund Policy

We believe that every project will bring you an extraordinary indoor growing experience. Be sure to contact our customer service team immediately if you are unsatisfied after receiving your item.

Please read before Returning/Exchanging or Refunding:

  • We encourage you to inspect the package thoroughly upon receipt to ensure that the item is not Defective, Damaged, or Mis-shipped.
  • At MyHiGrow, you will enjoy a 14-day return and refund guarantee. Please note that you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from MyHiGrow. We will not accept requests for refunds or exchanges after 14 days from delivery.
  • Please don’t hesitate to contact us and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning the item, or you will be responsible for all shipping costs. MyHiGrow does not accept any unauthorized or cash-on-delivery returns.
  • Except for damage in transit, if you refuse to sign for the products, you will bear all shipping costs and at least 20% of the restocking costs.
  • Before returning any items, please get in touch with the MyHiGrow service team ([email protected]) for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and provide the following information:
    • Your order information, including the order number, names of the item to return/exchange, email address associated with the order, tracking number, and a copy of the shipping receipt.
    • Description of the reason for return/exchange (What happened? When did it happen? How did it happen?) and provide a clear photo or video of the item.
    • Photos (videos) of the item’s condition are essential to us. The image or video should clearly show the problem with the product so that we can solve your problem faster.
  • Return addresses are different in different regions. Be sure to request return shipping information before returning any items.
  • The customer must return the product according to the shipping method specified by MyHiGrow.
  • The processing time for return/exchange service is generally 1-3 business days, and the shipping time for replacement products is 2-7 days. Due to COVID-19 safety measures, return/exchange service may be delayed.

Exchange and Return Conditions

Return/Exchange for non-defective and non-damaged items

  • To obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA), you must warrant that the item is new and resalable, i.e., in the same condition as you received it: unopened, unused, and in original packaging. All original packaging materials, labels, etc., must be included.
  • For products that have been opened, MyHiGrow will not return or exchange them unless there is a quality problem.
  • We do not accept returns on used or assembled items. Used items, assembled items, items with used parts or waste packaging material, and label wear are defined as used or assembled items.
  • Products that have been replaced cannot be returned.
  • Orders canceled in transit will be considered non-defective product returns and will be charged for shipping and restocking (if applicable).
  • Unfortunately, the customer is responsible for the cost of Return or Exchange of shipping, insurance (if applicable), etc., for non-defective products.
  • MyHiGrow will not refund shipping charges for non-free shipping items.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Before signing the order, please carefully check the product packaging to determine whether the goods are damaged or missing. If you find any damage, you must obtain a “Proof of Damage” document from the delivery carrier and take clear photos and a short video of the faulty product.
  • Please send your order number, photo, and short video to [email protected]. We will help you by sending you a new order or a refund. Please save all packaging materials and labels.
  • Suppose you attempt to return an item without contacting our customer service department. In that case, you may not receive a refund or new order, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the product.
  • If you do not find any damage when you sign for it, you have received the goods/order in good condition. Once the order is signed, MyHiGrow will not refund the shipping fee, order fee, or other related fees you paid to MyHiGrow.

Please Note:

  • If your product is damaged, defective, or found to be faulty during the warranty period of regular use, be sure to get in touch with us immediately to get the best solution (please check the warranty terms).
  • If you are considering returning an item purchased from MyHiGrow due to operational failure, please send us a message or email first. So that we can try our best to help you solve the problem, we will not return equipment damaged due to mishandling.
  • Please contact us via email at [email protected] to request a return/exchange. All returns/exchanges must be authorized.
  • To complete the exchange/return, please contact our customer service via email and get the return address. After you have shipped your product back, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt for the returned product. MyHiGrow will bear all freight.
  • For an exchange, after receiving the return, we will check your item and email you within one working day to inform you that we have sent a new product. We will include the tracking number of the exchanged product in the email so that you can check it in time.

Cannot be Returned or Exchanged Items

  • Clearance Items or Special Order Items
  • Items you have assembled or used.
  • Due to expensive freight, some products do not provide return or exchange service, but we can provide parts to help you repair them. (Grow Tent, Wall Mounted Fan, Indoor Grow Tent Kit, and more. )
  • We do not accept returns on specific items, such as disposable items, hazardous materials, etc. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the Specific Items.

Refund

  • Returned items with a Return Material Authorization(RMA) will be subject to return/refund/exchange eligibility checks. If it’s eligible, we will send a refund request to your bank or email you a replacement notification as soon as possible.
  • While the funds will be debited from our account immediately, some banks may take 2-10 business days to process these refunds and return them to your account. Please recheck your bank account or contact your credit card company if you are still waiting for a refund. If you have done all this and have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
  • Following our Returns Policy, your original payment account will receive a refund.

Cancel the Order

  • Myhigrow allows you to cancel the order before it is shipped. To cancel an order before shipping, please contact customer service by email or message within one hour of payment.
  • If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped (partial or complete), we will charge shipping and restocking fees (if applicable).
  • Please note that if you have yet to receive a tracking number, it does not mean that the product has not been shipped.
